Symptom-first
Care begins with what a woman actually feels — not a diagnosis code or whichever provider she happened to find first.
Elle Santé was created by a team that spent years working directly with women — not technologists searching for a problem to solve. We saw the gap up close, in real appointments, with real patients. Then we built the platform we wished we'd had.
The same thing happened over and over. Care was thoughtful inside the room — and fell apart the moment a woman walked out of it.
Women would leave appointments with genuinely good advice — and no structured way to implement it. The plan lived on a printout, a memory, a half-finished note.
On the other side of the desk, clinicians spent hours building plans, assigning exercises, educating, coordinating with other providers, and following up — all stretched across disconnected systems that never talked to each other.
The result was the same every time. Patients felt overwhelmed. Clinicians felt constrained. And care that was meant to be proactive quietly became reactive — waiting for the next flare-up, the next appointment, the next thing to go wrong.
The work didn't fail in the appointment. It failed in the weeks between them — where there was no plan a woman could actually follow.
Elle Santé comes from the founders of Nuvo Physio, a leading women's health clinic in Montreal that has helped thousands of women with pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and long-term wellness.
This wasn't theory. The same founders built Elle Santé — and Nuvo Physio itself runs on it. Same founders, same care model, proven every day on real patients.
Every decision we make traces back to these. They came from the clinic floor, not a strategy deck.
Care begins with what a woman actually feels — not a diagnosis code or whichever provider she happened to find first.
Hormones shape energy, recovery, sleep, mood, and pain. A platform for women has to understand that — not ignore it.
The important work happens between appointments. That's where a plan either gets lived — or quietly abandoned.
Built by the people who deliver the care — grounded in clinical practice, not guesswork or trend-chasing.
No two women are the same. There's one journey — hers — built around her symptoms, her stage of life, and how she responds over time.
This is some of the most personal data there is. Protecting it isn't a feature we added — it's a starting assumption.
Elle Santé wasn't designed in the abstract. It grew, step by step, out of real care.
At Nuvo Physio, the founders worked directly with women through pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and long-term wellness — day after day, patient after patient.
Good plans kept dissolving the moment a woman left the room. Clinicians were stretched across disconnected tools. The gap between advice and action never closed on its own.
One place where a symptom-first, cycle-aware plan could actually be followed — by the woman at home and the care team supporting her, working from the same source of truth.
Elle Santé supports women through every stage of life — and Nuvo Physio runs its own practice on it. The clinic and the platform improve together, in the open, on real patients.
We believe care shouldn't wait for the next crisis, shouldn't treat every woman the same, and shouldn't live scattered across systems that don't talk to each other. One platform, built to support a woman through everything — and the clinicians who care for her.
Built from real clinical experience in Montreal — for the woman following her plan, and the practice ready to bring it to theirs.
